In addition, it stimulates blood circulation in the scalp, thanks to which the bulbs work more efficiently, and the hair grows faster, becomes longer, thicker and fuller-looking. In combination with a gentle massage that we do when washing the hair, shampoo with caffeine can really work wonders.
Caffeine in creams
Women love body lotions with slimming properties, and these usually contain just caffeine – an ingredient that stimulates blood circulation and also reduces the volume of fat cells. Caffeine also stops lipogenesis, accelerating lipolysis. What does it mean? It sounds complicated, but it’s pretty simple. Caffeine prevents the formation of new fat cells and destroys those that are already existing. Creams and lotions with caffeine will reduce swelling, smooth and tighten the skin. They work effectively, beautifying the skin in a natural and simple way.
Contraindications
Who should not use cosmetics with caffeine? As they strongly stimulate blood circulation, they are not recommended for people with sensitive skin. Caffeine can irritate it, cause a feeling of heat and uncontrollable redness. Theoretically, no harmful effects of caffeine were found for pregnant women, but due to the increased sensitivity threshold, they should also give up cosmetics that contain it. Cosmetics with caffeine can also cause deterioration of the condition of the capillary skin, because stimulation of circulation in this case may result in the appearance of unsightly spider veins.
